We take great care in preparing every artwork for its journey to a new home and are committed to providing a thoughtful and reliable purchasing experience.
How to Purchase
All artworks offered in our online store are original, completed, one-of-a-kind pieces available for purchase through the Available Artworks page.
To purchase an artwork, visit our Available Artworks page, select the piece you love, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your artwork will be carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.
Every sculpture is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Natalia Chebotar Atelier.
Shipping
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada.
Shipping to additional international destinations may become available in the future.
Processing Time
All artworks are completed and ready for shipment.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with updated shipping information and any applicable cancellation or refund options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are determined by the destination and selected shipping method and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping to Canada may involve additional customs processing, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging and Delivery
Each sculpture is individually and carefully packaged, with particular attention to delicate details, painted surfaces, and sculptural elements.
Tracking information will be provided once the artwork has been shipped, when available.
Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping carrier, and any applicable customs procedures.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when purchasing an original work of art from Natalia Chebotar Atelier.
If your artwork does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received, without damage or alterations.
The artwork must be returned in its original protective packaging, including any specially fitted supports or protective materials supplied with the sculpture.
All accompanying documentation, including the original Certificate of Authenticity, must be returned with the artwork.
The return must be authorized by Natalia Chebotar Atelier before the artwork is shipped back.
Once authorized, the return must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving return instructions.
We kindly ask collectors to unpack their sculptures with care and retain all original packaging materials until they are certain they wish to keep the artwork.
Return Shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
All returned artworks must be shipped using a tracked and adequately insured delivery service.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the artwork is securely packaged for its return journey.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, an approved refund of the artwork purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Refund eligibility depends on the artwork being returned in its original condition, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Artwork
Every artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
If your sculpture arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Natalia Chebotar Atelier as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Photographs of the artwork and any visible damage
Photographs of the shipping box and protective packaging
Please retain all packaging materials while the issue is being reviewed.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund or other legally required remedy where applicable.
The 48-hour notification request does not limit your statutory rights.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may generally be canceled before shipment.
Once an artwork has shipped, the applicable return conditions will apply.
